i totally agree with the complaint but its not the dealers fault now as even if we complain they have enough rush as lot of dehati croud is always giving them good sale.
even i am frustrated with there services of every kind i can just request others to avoid such car dealers vaise we dont have much choice in this country.

My own experience with KTL P Ltd, Opp HAL too is not very good. Their service is really very poor.They donot have any system of rush management. Good service is known only when there is rush. If there is no rush, then what is the good service mean. recently when I got my car serviced, I had to run around to get the jobs done otherwise they will attend to other jobs. During the servicing, nob of my AC slider broken, still even after a month and half it has not been replaced that too inspite of assurance given by service manager.
I sincerely advise not to get your vehicle serviced at KTL, opp HAL.

KTL has very poor service, I too paid Rs. 6000/- for front-left window glass setting & water leakage problem. They did not fix any of the problem and moreover they removed the pillar cover too. Gave the delivery of my Maruti 800 car after 10 days. They also don't do service at one place, they made me run to another of their service center which was about 2 - 3 Kms away from the one in front of HAL, Lucknow. On top of it the incharge sitting there acted as he some "Shakaal" type of boss (obviously he was not bald, but had lots of airs). When he talked sitting comfortably in his chair, it seemed that not me but he was the customer.
How these Maruti people are going to compete with these kind of dealers or authorised service centers? Certainly my next car would definitely be not Maruti, as I am planning to replace this one within next 6 months. Moreover, Maruti service will be talked to all who are planning to purchase Maruti car.
Good luck Maruti Udyog! Keep these kind of dealers & surely you will be out. Don't forget many big old names are no more.

I gave my car for servicing at this place and after seeing the service level and committment I would never come back at this place again and would not recommend this place to anyone else either. People here are very laid back and lethargic. I called up this place at 10:00 am to enquire about the status of servicing of my car that had been at this center for two days. My phone was picked up by the security guard who said that people start coming after 10:00 am and asked me to call them up again after 30 min. I called up both their service advisor as well as the front desk ( tried all board numbers ) but none of my calls were attended. It has been two days now and I am yet to hear from them to get an update. Now I am going personally at their service center to find out what is happening now. Don't know if KTL is shutting down or what but they should keep their customers informed if they are shutting their business down and running short of manpower. This was my first service with them and will be the last one with them for sure.
