Hi I have booked the CB Shine in 2nd March'13 from Kun Honda, Ashok Nagar showroom and I have been attended by Mr. Velu, Incharge of the Show Room. My request was to register the vehicle on 11 March'13 as aspicious date but they simply ignore and registered on 12th Mar'13 only. My biggest shock was they have changed my father ie. my initial has been wrongly mentioned in the RC book. Even they have my Proof of Identity with correct initials. I have informed the same to Mr. Velu about this and he said what can I do, that day two persons registered the vehicle in the same name. I have escalated the same to Mr. Venkatesh, Sales Head, Adayar Head office but he said will enquiry the matter with Mr. Velu and come back with in a week time since he has been hospitalised that time. But I have waited for 15 days and no response from Mr.Venkatesh. Then sent the email to Mr. Venkatesh also not attended. Finally sent the registered letter to Kun Honda management and nothing happened still (ie.23rd July'13). This is my hard earned money and I can't just ignore these people lethargy. The original RC book is with them still and not claimed too. Very careful about dealing with Kun Honda showrooms in Chennai. See the value of the customer and simply ignored. I am going for Consumer Court shortly and asking for Fresh RC book with correct initial and 2 lakhs for mental torture by the company. Thanks S. Suresh Was this information helpful? |
