[Resolved]  Land — illegal occupation of Govt land

Address:Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Respected Sir,

I am a resident of E-8 trilanga bhopal. I have been staying here for more than last 12 years. When we bought the flat on Plot No. 108 of this colony, we were hardly aware that a triangular corner useless land which was in front of our plot was actually a plot allotted by the society to Mr. Bansal. Then after few years, he started construction on that plot and when finally the work was completed the house was found to be constructed by illegally covering the extra forest land contiguous to the plot. and instead of being a triangular home, on a megre 900 sft plot, it is now a big bunglow measuring 1,500 sft and that too on a square face. The most disturbing factor is that he has not constructed a proper garage, even after illegally occupying extra land. He is enjoying the whole place lying vacant by the side of his bungalow and tactfully he has covered it by a cattle fence and not allowing anyone to have a glimpse of what he is doing there. Above all, keeping his vehicle on the road due to which the residents of plot Nos 107,108& 109 which falls on the corner along the hilly forest land are facing severe problems in turning and moving their vehicles freely. The most pathetic situation is that a bit of open space which was there to move the vehicles somehow is also going to be illegally occupied on the instigation of the Bansal family in the name of temple and garden. I, therefore, request the authorities sitting in Forest Department, Municipal Corporation to please wake up so that such people must not take their silence for granted. Mr. Bansal is just one example. I request the officials of the concerned department to please make an inspection of the whole Trilochan Singh Nagar to see how the beautiful forest land and the wide roads under the plan are being ruined by the residents due to the negligence of the staff and authorities. One was quite impressed with the demolition works done in the mainline areas like Minal Residency, where even after having all the legal documents, people are left of their means of housing and on the other side, at the corner of Trilanga's hill and forest land, opportunists are enjoying by grabbing the posh forest lands. Please take action as soon as possible before the matter get further worsened.

Jessy
