We are here to post a grievance about Laptech Solutions, Bund Garden Road, Pune - My friend has taken Laptop from the provider 15 days back and promised Windows and Linux installation. At first place the laptop was faulty and we had to visit the showroom around 6-7 times with our own expenses to get that repaired. Ultimately after realising that they can not repair it, they finally promised that they will replace it. But now they say that they can not install Red Hat Linux on that laptop and we have to take the laptop as it is. Can somebody give me their customer care number so that I can complain to them. Currently we dont want anything, just want to return the laptop to them and get our piece of mind. Was this information helpful? |
