I purchased a flat in L&T South City based on the false promisses by their Marketing team and brochure that showed a 12 acre park and huge road as part of property. The sale deed also contained 34 acre land, including the park as South City. Now, BBMP, BDA claim that this land was relenquished to them in 1996. How a company can cheat even on a registered document about the land that never was part? The surprise is a company as big as L&T does not even have maintenance accounts available for scrutiny. The maintenance of the premises is sub-standard and construction filthy (may be the company itself has mediocre staff, so leave it out). I bought in this gated community only for security and lung space that the huge open land provided. Now, both are gone as the compound walls have been bulldozed down by BBMP and no lung space also as the 12 acre park is now a BBMP office. Very sad that a reputed (?) company like L&T also turned out to be as cheats as local goons and land mafia. I feel unfortunate and helpless with the highhandedness and utter disrespect to their customers that L&T is showing. I demand a responsible solution from L&T to the crime they have commited and worthty to be booked under law (if they manage not to pay bribes and get away). Was this information helpful? |
