I HAD PURCHASED LAVA A-9 MOBILE ON JULY 2010. IN THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY , MY MOBILE KEY PAD WAS NOT WORKING, I HAD GONE TO LAVA SERVICE CENTRE TO REPAIR .IT IS UNDWER WARRENTY.SERVICE GUY SIMPLY CLEANED THE KEY PAD GIVEN TO ME.AGAIN ON 27TH MAY IT STOP WORKING. I HAD AGAIN GONE TO SERVICE CENTRE. THEY TOLD ME THAT KEY PAD CIRCUIT HAS TO BE REPLACED, IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN WEEK. AFTER 17TH DAY ,MOBILE WAS NOT REPAIRED, SERVICE CENTRE SAYING THAT TALK TO LAVA HIGHER PURSON, I TRIED TO CONTACT BUT NOT RECEVING THE PHONE.
