I purchased Lava B8 and was provided with one year warranty, but the pushmail & WiFi are not working. Also when i insert sim in card first slot , it shows 'check operator service' and runs fine in second slot. Tried calling Customer care on[protected], but the call was put on hold all three times and got auto disconnected after 3minutes.
An email was also sent at [protected]@lavainternational.in, but no reply.
The company should look on these matters of the customers
Please help me with these problems.
