Dear Sir, I have purchased XOLO Q800 mobile from M/s. J.K. Next, Thane (W) on 30th June 2013. In less than two months it stopped working and when I approached the shop they told me to contact the company directly. I contacted XOLO care customer service on their toll free No.[protected] on 16th Aug 2013 and they told me to deposit the mobile at Raj Mobile Shoppe, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for repairs. I have surrendered the mobile at Raj Mobile Shoppee on 20th August 2013, vide work order No.[protected]. IMEI No. of my mobile is [protected]. At the time of surrendering I was told it will be repaired and sent back in 5 working days. Now more than 35 working days are over but there is no trace of the mobile. Almost every day I am calling the customer service employees and each time they promise it will be repaired in 48 hours and they "regret the inconvenience caused". They do not know the status of my mobile and they dont give the service centre or any other officials number with whom I can talk. Each time they tell me their back end team will contact but they never come back.
