this mail i send to Virtuall but he did't reply yet

I would like to mention that I had purchased one jacket vide your cash memo No: SC9/3470 dated 15th November 2009 for Rs 2,799/- from M/s Virtuaal Apparels, Shop No: F-135, Sector-38, Great India Place, Noida through your sales representative Mr Anup (copy attached). At the time of the purchase, your representative had mentioned that your Lee Jacket is one of the durable jackets and it will give me full satisfaction in terms of its quality and workmanship. However, within use of two day its stitches started damaging. Meanwhile, due to some urgent personal work I had to go out of station and could not report fault to your show room immediately. I came back from the tour on 02nd December 2009 & visited your show room from where I had purchased the jacket on the same day and met with your representative Mr Anup and explained him my problem, he has assured me that my jacket will be replaced and advise me to go to the 1st Floor for replacement.



I went to the 1st Floor and met with Mr Pawan and explained the problem. After hearing to me, Mr Pawan has advised me to leave the jacket with him and come tomorrow and meet Ms Chahat who will provide the fresh jacket as a replacement to the defective one. On 05th December 2009, I met with Ms Chahat who has said to me that she cann’t replace the jacket since it is the used one and its tag is missing and offered me to get it stitched but I refused. My concern is that I have spent a significant amount of money to buy the branded with an expectation that I will get full satisfaction in terms of quality and value for money. After that Ms Chahat said she will speak to her superior and will reply me accordingly.



Therefore, once again I visited your show room on 14th December 2009 and Ms Chahat had introduced me to your Relationship Manager Mr Neeraj Sharma on phone and he has advised me that replacement can not be done as it has been little used. If I am not satisfied I can take up this matter in writing with the company. Please note that due to delay in your response/replacement I had to purchase two cardigans of different brand because due to this incident I have lost complete faith on Lee.



You are requested to please look into this matter and find out the amicable solution at the earliest otherwise I will decide to exercise my consumer right through the appropriate forum.

on dt. 18.12.09 i wrote a mail against Virtuall Apparels. Now Virtuall changed by jacket i am satisfy with them.
