Bought this shoe. Nothing against jabong just wanted to showpic http://www.jabong.com/Lee-Cooper-Formal-Shoes-Black-8901.html A very similar complaint like others Sole cracked and they cant be worn. Tried to send mail to [protected]@leecooper.in. Even that bounced back. Now will have to meet them personally and give a feel of my Broken shoe :) Was this information helpful? | |||

If your complaint is not sorted out at the retail point from where you purchased the shoe then please arrange to send your defective pair at Customer Care Department, M&B Footwear (P) Ltd., C-33, Sector-58, NOIDA-201301 through normal courier along with bill (original or photocopy) and your complete mailing address on a plain paper. Once the complaint pair is received at this address, please be assured that your issue will be sorted out on utmost priority.
