I am a regular user of Leecooper Shoes, since it is genuine & long lasting. But I have had very bad and hurting experience with a pair LeeCooper shoes, that I bought not other than from a very well-knowm Mall - centrestage Mall, Sector-18, NOIDA. The shop, from where I bought my pair of shoes at cost of Rs. 1785/- is "THE SHOE SHOP", Shop No. MZ -23 ( 2nd Floor, L1), the cash receipt no. 14937 dated 16.12.06. Though the shop keeper gave me guarantee of 6 months, it does imply in any case, that it fails to keep its quality just after 6 months. The pair of shoes was not used by me on ragular basis. Surprisingly the shoes started showing cracks/ cuts in front faces just after 6 months or so, & it is found to be not leather. I met the shop keeper, who refused to give replacement and did not show much concerns ( is it not a serious concern for LeeCooper that its quality fails in such a manner for costly pair of shoes of someone ?).
I like the authority of Centrestage Mall should take immediate step to stop presence of such shops having fake materials of internationally reputed companie like LeeCooper. This for the growth of both Centrestage & Leecooper and not less than a replacement of the pair of shoes bought by me to be taken by the authority as the correct measure. My process of contacting LeeCooper Authority shall continue.
