VPP Post without our Concent and useless books

Dear Sir

We have newly registered a company and got parcel from Legal Book Suppliers, L-3/85, Shaeed Nagar, Agra-282001. We have thought that, there may be parcel from MCA regarding some legal documents, because address is available with them only. So, we have collected the parcel, after paying amount of Rs.2300/- (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred Only).

But, that parcel contain some useless books, which is never required by us.

How to take action on them and get money back.

we have recieved a similar package, but we did not accept it. Thank fully I found this post here. Now i know i shoud just ignore it. Thanks.

the parcel is still with the post office, is there anything we can do to act legally.

I think we must legally sue this supplier. We have also received same parcel as VPP and was received by my son against payment of Rs 2300/- thinking its some important documents from registrar of companies. We are filing an FIR with police and initiate legal action. These fellows must be severely punished. I also tried to search their tel number but could not. Dear Sir, I think I saved my money because I read these posts and I think we should seriously take Legal Action against that company and I am filing a case in regard to this against Legal Book Suppliers for their fraudulent behavior.
