I had ordered one Boss pop up toaster vide order no.LSB -319687 in Aug.2011 which was delivered but it was a defective piece.After many reminders they picked it up after a month or so.It was promised that a new piece would be delivered within a week but I am sorry to say that again a month has passed and I have already called up several times at the call centre no.[protected] and the assurance given is always the same-it will reach u within 48 hrs.Could u tell us when these 48 hrs period will expire? Kindly take necessary step to get the article dispatched immediately or return my money .I am really disappointed by the callousness shown by letsbuy.com authorities/persons in charge.
