Letsbuy.com — Not keeping their word on Shipment

I ordered micromax andro A60 from letsbuy.com and they promised to ship the item in a span of 4 to 7 days. I called the customer care after 5 days and the reply i got is that there is a delay from the micromax and i need to wait another 15 to 20 days. I asked them to cancel my order immediately and their receptionist asked me to give her sometime. She called me back within 5 minutes and said that she got confirmation that they will get the item that day itself and will be shipped the next day. I called them by evening to get the confirmation whether my product has arrived. But the reply i got from them is shocking. They again said that there will be a delay of 15-20 days. letsbuy.com is cheating people. If they can't deliver products on time, they should stop this business.

Letsbuy.com — Amount not credited back into the account since cancelling the order.!!

I had ordered for a Philips Trimmer amounting to Rs.1049 on Sep 3rd 2011. A representative from LetsBuy called up on Sep 8th and said that the product could not be delivered to the address that I had mentioned. So I cancelled the order on the same day. Since Sep 8th, it has been 23 days and still the amount is not credit back into my account. I repeatedly called the representatives to know about the delay, but they couldn't give me a prompt reply. I'm fed with up with the fraudulent game being played by LetsBuy officials. And to end this note, this is the worst & crap site that I have done an online transaction with.

I strongly urge you to look into this matter seriously and do the needful.

I bought the rice cooker from them ... but its so small that i can hardly cook in it...i want it to be replaced with a bigger one...i wish it could be replaced.
Products sold online should have a replacement policy. we are keeping things intact and not even opening them.
This is expected from a site like Flipkart who are selling items online since long time.

hey at least there should be some reasonable condition for exchange...how can u chose something then exchange it coz u dint like it or coz u want something else... i[censored] dint like or want it then why simply order it? to see? there are shipping costs involved
I had ordered a shoe and my shoe did not fit so they excganged it.
BUT I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO POINT OUT that the shoe sizes mentioned on the site was different than the size on shoe... like site said UK-4/EURO-38
and shoe mentioned UK-5/EURO-38. so its confusing

I had the same issue with the flipkart, i had ordered a camera lens and by mistake i had ordered nikon mount lens but i want it canon mount...they dint replace same product as their policy are rigid...go to hell...i will never buy from flipkart in my life.

I bought MOTO - G from Flipkart but this moblile never works from day 1. Really i have never expected this from Flipkart..This mobile (new Brand) comes with major technical problem of not detecting SIM card. I ordered replacement for same but the replaced one is also faulty. I am really frustrated as i am unable to do anything from this handset. i have place an order on 19th feb 2011 and give the payment through suvidhaa (cash before delivery) on 21st feb 2011 and they said that they deliver it with in 2 to 4 days .but now its 3rd march .i have called them many times they always say that we will confirm it in 24 hours and i have mailed them all my details of my order and payment.but they dont giving me any response to me .

I bought a 2tb hard disk from letsbuy.com at 3952rs on 1/1/2011 and they haven't even shipped the item yet. I contacted letsbuy.com customer support 10 times and they are repeating a saved scripts in computer like extra care is needed for your item. so It will take time. I asked them to refund my money but they dint reply.

You could make use of there CONTACT tab on facebook fanpage, it worked for me, i submitted my query and got an immediate assistance. Fill up the form there they will get back!!

Recieved the item after 19 days. the item is in good condition

With reference to my Order No. LSB-340813 the order placed by me is for Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset for Rs.3834/-. Payment was done from my SBI Netbanking account. My bank transaction ID is IG64679077. Within minutes the money Rs 3834 was deducted from my account as I got the msg on my mobile from the bank.
After ordering I called the customer care & they told me the order is confirmed and I would get the product in 4-7 working days as mentioned on the web page. Then after a week I called them again and told me I would get it in 7-10 working days as the product is not available in their stock. On 8th Sep 2011
I cancelled the order. When I asked them when will I get the money back they told me that it would take 4-7 working days. After that I called many times customer care but they kept telling me lame stories and other lies. Till date I had not received any refund in my account .
They are keeping my money for almost a month now. Now I want a total refund immediately including the compensation for the coupon and the time I wasted. Other customers beware from any transactions at letsbuy.Com

I placed an oder for LG LED TV Order number 455012 and paid of 36640/- via net banking on 7th Oct but when i never received the product till 18th Oct. and made five six call for ststus i was told that the product is NOT AVAILABLE and you letusbuy cant deliver it.

I can't believe you ordered an item worth above Rs. 36, 000 via Internet! Why did you do this? Isn't LG LED TV available at any electronics showroom in your city? Items of such high cost price are best bought in the showroom and not via Internet; you can verify product and company delivers to your doorstep - why order on Internet?

Call them for the last time, also email and tell them if they don't deliver or refund this time, the matter is going to the Police. Its a case of cheating then, do the needful, or else they will make you suffer.

You should go to consumer court. Lets dont buy from Letsbuy.. They are fake..

i placed the order for a hard disk worth rs.5700 order no:L-1053929.before placing the order i enquired if its in stock as that product was out of stock on flipkart they said yes yes its there...so i placed the order,everyday i use to enquire if its shipped out but after 1 days they say its out of stock n cancelled my order and till date i dint receive my refund..evry time they come up with lies which make you angry like hell.i dont understand what to do with these.its our hard earned money they they have any right to give false info n fraud people like this.its been a month and still i am waiting for my refund.i really want to sue these people but now they are merging with flipkart.false info,fake promises,very rude people,mannerless supervisors,very bad rather worst exp.

Dell Inspiron laptop — Defective

I just bought a dell inspiron 14r laptop five months back and since then i have been facing a lot of problems regarding the laptop. First the hard Disk drive became bad then in another months time the motherboard was damaged.after the motherboard was replaced there are still some issues with my laptop i tried to ask the company to replace my laptop as i am facing so much of problems but to no avail. they say we can change the part but we cannot completely replace the laptop.I feel this is very wrong as i cant go on for a very long time with this laptop as after the warranty period is over i have to pay a lot of money for the parts to be replaced all the time.

You should have never bought it from flipkart. Instead order it directly from dell.com, and it is much more cheaper. I'm saying this from my experience in ordering laptop from dell.

I also have a similar experience with flip kart. You cant find a bad review against flipkart in their website. Their admin will not allow bad review against their company.( the reviews will be like"good service by flipkart"etc etc...)

If anyone try to buy products from flipkart, please stay away from them. They are cheats, the flipkart is only interested in getting the money from your pocket.

Their customer care is pathetic.

I have booked this on 31st Oct. It has not been delivered since two weeks and customer care guys are just promising blind dates without any action. This was my first order and not satisfied at all by Flipkart service.

Hi, I have ordered Sony Bravia TV on 6th Oct and I got a delivery date for the same date(Order#OD[protected]. I waited in home for whole day for the delivery and later I got a message that it will be delivered on 10th. Again on 10th, I worked from home to get the delivery and again it was not delivered. So I wasted my whole day and evening in the hope that I will get the product. Today when I called Flipkart customer care center, they had no clue when this product will be delivered. The reason given to me was that they attempted to deliver the product on 10th but couldn't reach me. Please note that my mobile was on for the whole day yesterday and I was present in the home. Couldn't you provide the number of the person who will do the delivery so we as a customer wont waste our time calling your customer care center who normally have no idea about the product status other then the information which is already available on Internet.

i have ordered Onplus pne phone on the app offer sale given by flipkart on 22nd June 2015 (OD[protected] which was to be delivered latest by 3rd july 2015. Yday around 10.35 PM i got a message saying "your shipment is cancelled"on calling the customer care they informed that due to some logistics issue the shipment is cancelled. Then they asked me to reorder the product with high price than the offered one. They cancelled order from their end and its their fault. i am ready to pay the offered price to get the product not on the high amount they are offering now. i would love to get the product at same price not the refund of money.

Few days back i had ordered a redmi note phone and a flip cover for the same on flipkart via EMI payment. I Got a text message for the delivery of the flipcover and received it and did not get any text message for the redmi phone nor its delivered but it is showing delivered in website. I have complained the same customer care but they keep postponing to resolve the matter.
