Will you mind to tell me when I will be getting my products with a specific date? Your “few days” is a very vague term. I have paid the money on 29th of September 2010 and today is 16th November 2010, already 47days is over but till I have not received my product when I suppose to get the product by 15days time.

Please provide me with a specific date by which I will be getting my product. I have wasted lot of times on calling you up and writing mail. You are compelling me to take legal action against you.

Please treat this as important and also as a 2nd reminder of my formal complain dated 28th October 2010.

Till now I have not received the products. I had a talk with Mr Kuldeep on your help line number[protected] on 6th October 2010 at 11am and again on 21st October 2010 at 12noon. Both the time he confirmed that I will be getting my product by 4/5 days time but still I have not got the same. Today I had a talk with Mr Niraj at 4.40pm and he told me write this mail to you, so you can help me to get my product. As I have paid the money to Bag it Today so now I am at mercy of you people. I would request you to kindly look in to the matter with little seriously so I can get my product as early as possible.

Treat this as a formal complain.
