This is to state that i purchased Lloyd washing machine on dated 10/04/2009,m-crystal-dew-75,serial number CD75070800106 from samdani enterprises kareli Allahabad,now i m residing at saidpur jagir jankipuram extension Lucknow.your dealer shop E186-tp nagar sarojini nagar Lucknow.ph.no.4027142 is refusing to provide service.he said that the company is not providing the service.parts of washing machine are not available in the market .such a costly and reputed machine is in this order and useless.

kindly return my money or solve my problem.
