[Resolved]  Loan — Am i eligible for Bank Loan?

Hai ,

I am Nagarajan. I had four credit cards and closed them all two years ago and also i had two personal loans,
that too i closed it 6 months back. Lot many times i didn't pay the dues in time because of my poor financial
situation. But i closed all the above with NIL balance and paid the required penalty or with preclosure
charges if any. I got NOCs for all the credit cards as well as for the loan.

Now my question is

1. Will my name present in the CIBIL defaulter list ?
2. If not any banker will sanction a loan in my future?
