my loop moblie no [protected] I have done recharge of jadu offer of Rs 32 through moblie transfer on 26/7/09 i got the message that your jadu request has done . after a day i got a message that your jadu offer will be experied today. And at the end of the same day my again 32 rs has been dedicated . when i call to customer care executive says nothing can be done about the balance. but we can deactivate the service .when i request that i want to speak to there senior incharge in shift the cut the phone . again when i call and request the same that i want to speak to senior regarding the issue for the proper confrmation they agin cut he phone i happen thrice. i have call on 29/7/2009 at approx. 10:10Am to 10:30am. firstcall was picked up by some person. i dont remember his name second call was pickup by name somewert anamiya third call was pick up by chirag. Kindly look in the matter i hope u guys may having some recording system.dont take these thing lightly.i will fall your impression in market
