loop mobile E-satment do not sent to me month of FEB. our mera loop - loop 10p tha o bhi disconnect kiya

on 23rd may i was activate roaming service on my vasai mobile.because my one card used there.i was told him, "i want plan for vasai area"
that msg is :your account has been recharged successfully with rs.56.Transaction ID:
[protected].
loop man told me 56 Rs.plan for roaming like you can use in vasai.loop to loop =60/-paisa
for 50 km.other call=80/-paisa and 1st msg only 3.45/rs.than every sms get =1 rs.
and when you came in goregaon than loop to loop=50/- paisa.
but till today my service is inactive.now your man told me this plan for ISD.
now what can i do?mere 56/- rs koun bare karega.
give me ans.on my cell.[protected] / 67

on given mobile no. in month of september i got unnessessary bill of GPRS & specials SMS rupees 333. but i dont have any information about this bill. I never use GPRS & Special SMS scheme which has been given by you. So please give me whole infirmation and cancle the unnessessary bill.
