my mobile no is [protected] i had activated the caller tune service on the 24th or 25th of october 2009 by using the 10 rupee music card... i asked loop mobile care abt all details hw to start the service n i did just as they tld me but my balnce got cut frm the 7 th day onwards i.e. 1st of nov... n wen tried calling loop mobile care again i got no response frm them.. so i went to the loop mobile store at naupada, thane n dey do not hv the details of my call n rather they r tellin me dat i did nt calll loop mobile care.. loop has been very unhelpul n very arrogant in taklin i request u to luk into the matter n credit me wid da balance dat has been wrongly deducted Was this information helpful? my mobile no is [protected] my balance is cut rs.30/- no sms and no reply why cut my balance ple reson and refund my amount plz.and your cust care is not loop mobile care.. not supoot me .and your cust care manager is very buzz and tm is very buzz not support me

loop has been very unhelpul n very arrogant in taklin
