i anup triphati have been facing the problem as follows...... when ever i top-up my loop mobile,they always reduce Rs.5 on each top up or E-Recharge.. I fahad mukadam have been facing the problem for more than 3 time

when ever i top-up my loop mobile, they always reduce my full balance on each top up or E-Recharge..

Inspite of complaining many times, no result have been provided to me...

Customer care guys give me some Docket no- (1) [protected]
(2) [protected]

And so on
Can i get some answer????????????????????
