[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — Balance deduction

Respected sir my no is 9821798*** i am paying a amount which i m not enjoying at all my balance is deducted every week and after lots of complaints on the customer care they have not yet given me this weakly subscribtion deactivated need a help i dont have much time and worth money to waste like this thank you and sorry to loop mobile but i need to do this for my benefit

Loop Mobile — Without using service on charging me

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am customer of loop mobile my mobile no [protected].
Sub :Charging for his value added service like video download but I am not using this kind of service , when I call to loop mobile customer care they tell me we are not keeping the details of internet use.
They we are not keeping the details of wap uses . How its possible if I am using any of services offers by company they should the details of all.

Loop Mobile — money is cutting

when i recharge my balance its automatically the all my balance is finished i have call the customer care service and complaint number : Munawar 17107295 & Sagar [protected],Santosh [protected], Sagar [protected]. i have call but i had not get any response of them first 10 Rs is cutting per day then five days 5 Rs is cutting. plz solve my problem my mobile number : [protected] after solving that problem plz sms on my mobile

I am a very good customer by paying my mobile bills regurlarly,loop service sucks big time,most recently i shifted my base in my state,but the service was so pathetic,that i had to reach out my hand outside the window & speak on speaker,serveral complaints was registered,but with no remorse,loop never did anything & never called back,fed up with the service i swicted my service with a better bussiness company,paid my mobile bill.....that was it...

Now suddenly I am getting calls from [protected] harrasing me for a payment of 1500 which I had paid in the first place. there was no written notice sent,the debt colltector who calls today was nasty person,used profanity,called me names,yet forgets that she gets her paycheck from clients as such,who was not aware of any bills after 7months....I also promised the lady that i will check with the nearest galary to see what the problem is, however that lady just kept calling for money and also threteaned to send legal notice and goons to collect money.I told her i will pay the bill on 1st she agreed,then she calls again by asking for my address & then tells me to pay tody (which was not possible),and kept saying to pay 1000 & that she would get the credit.....this was again harrowing for me,not understanding why she would say that....i still said i will pay on the 1st & then threatens me by saying that she would send some goons & pull me to court,,,i wll finish this service & also will continue sending messages to all people using loop or to those who intend to take their service....That loop mobile has bad service & more than that illeterate CSR who dont even understand the national language,anf should discontinue their service....

i am realy very frustrated of forwarding complaint everyday and speaking to your customer care executive whom 80% disconnect the call without solving the problem and i am having the recording on my phone and i forworded before also but still no action was taken regarding this as is customer are fool and they have to suffer because he had payed for the service any how he have to use it well my problem was the from last 2 month my balance was deducted for some weekly subscription pack Rs.20 a week and i lost some Rs.80 and after that some tashan and hungama pack was activated without my acknowledgement i lost some Rs.50 in that every day i make call to customer care but no action was taken and promises was made i have recording also of the executive who cut my call and forwded the complaint

Loop Mobile — deduction in balance

Hello Sir, every time when i recharge my balance, rupees cut automatically .every time 10 Rs.
i m losing my money i want u to plz consider it .my no is [protected].plz consider my request n take action as fast as u can .thank u.

Sub :Charging for his value added service like Antakshari but I am not using this kind of service, when I called to loop mobile customer care they told me that i m using internet, after some days they told me that Antakshari service is activated on my number. Both services are i am not using at all. After that they told me that i have to visit Loop Gallary after then i will get refund from Loop Mobile Gallary. at Loop Mobile Gallary they told me they can not refund me my money. which is mistake is from your side.
How its possible if I am using any of services offers by company they should the details of all. Please stop all this service calls & msg on my mobile no.

Balance Deduction (balance deducted with out any confirmation & when asked they told that you have subscribed daily pack twice & Rs. 45/- deducted for the same.)
This is the way how they are making money by way of making people fool

LoopMobile — minus the balance

jaadu 61 activ last 4or 5 month i had not activate the service. i stopped the service before 2 month ago at chembur gallery. then fort gallery 1 month ago. then i do massage on 50505 to UNSUBJAADU61 three times therefor charges 61 for jaadu61
my balance is dedacted from accout 120 rs before 10days my 100 rs is dedcated from my balance
dont make fake equiry that ur pack is actived so u have charged this is happened with me three time pls take care of it

my name is ankur and i m totally upset with loop mobile services from last 5 month they are deducting CRBT charges from my a/c but there is no such active service on my number [protected]. so if possible ask them to refund my money .
i recharge of rs.30. because activate 1 gang Number.your person told me miss.jyoti ra &mr. ajinkya ba. is not give me correct information the charges of replace no.& activate new no. she told me the charges of rs.10 only.but my deduction is Rs.25. no one can give me right information. itis bad service in give loop mobile.
I have been charged Rs. 60/- for 2 services which i never subscribed for and when i tried calling Customer care everytime i get the same reply that our systems are down kindly call back after 30min and their 30min never gets over. The same problems are been faced by myself since many a times. Kindly advise

1. There was a Astro pack subcribed by me in the month of June 24rd 2011, on july 23rd I went the loop gallery at andheri east ,next to macdonald,and got my Astro pack ' unsubcribed ' by ' Vaishali ' then on 24th july Rs 20/- was diducted from my account, on 25th again I went to the gallery and I spoke to ' Taufik ' I told him about the diduction, and he told me to take the dnd service, for which he gave me a request no.is Doc - sr - [protected]. but taufik did not take my compalint for balance diduction. and I was told by taufik that my balance will refunded in 48 hours, after that day till 11th of Aug. when ever I called at the costmer care the reply I got was that my balance will be refunded in the next 24 hours ,48 hours and so no, until yesterday when I spoke to rahul he told me that I wont get my diduction. Now you tell me inspite of going the very next day to give the complaint,my balance was not refunded,and the reply that I was getting was it will be done,still it is not done, this is a mental stress for me, what is your reply. I am waitting for it.......

My Rs. 300 was deducted when i recharged my mobile for 444 on 14.09

i have purchase 2 loop sim card with balance of Rs 26 then after 15-20 days when i checked my balance is shown Rs 14 & Rs 11(without using no.) both nos. My loop mobile number is [protected]/ [protected].
I am harassing by my loop mobile service. they told me that i activate miscall alert on both nos.They activate anything anytime without any call or message and deduct my balance daily. I daily call them and ensure what exactly going on..
But they are not listening. I am tired.. Please help me.
