[Resolved]  Loop Mobile - Corporate Billing Card — Increasing Network Issues - No resolution

Since the past 6 months I have been facing network problems - ie the call goes blank, frequent call drops and break in network... I have complained but no resolution provided... Recently since past 3 days I am facing the worst of nework issues - i own 2 nos. with Loop mobile... [protected] & [protected]... we are unable to make calls and are facing call blanks... If I get through the call drops in 15 secs... i have been relentlessly trying to get this resolved by asking for a manger but it seems after shift working hrs ie 10am to 6 pm no manager is available... I have been told that the complaint has been made and given docket no:[protected]... but i have not received any call or solution to the same...

Hi i musing bpl from last 6month but i regraly facing a call drop problem most prbebly in a evening time i complint in customer care & gallary but they guys r not giving proper response in this.
My mobile no. is [protected]. About a month bank i requested GPRS activation the same is done but i am still not able to browse. When I contact mobile assist on [protected], firstly the executive starts asking for details which are not known to me personally because it is a corporate membership and bills are paid by my company.Then I have to give up because i am not allowed to talk to settings or network (technical departments). Some good executive connects me to the technical department, then he tells me that the settings are done and it is a network issue. However, for my bad luck i have not been able to contact network department (not being allowed by executive). All that happens is some docket nos are given if the matter is referred to Corporate Sales Department. Nobody calls you up and tries to settle your issue.
I was told by Mr. Kishor ( agent loop mobile) that you have 1GB free internet usage for every month. But still I am not getting this service since last 3months And when I called to customer care then they are telling me that this service is not activated on your mobile no. & im not getting proper response from them
So I request you please activate this service & call back me.

For the last two months i have been geting charged with some extra charges such as roaming charges and vas charges . In the month of September 2011 i was charged with roaming charges for the amount of rs30 even though no roaming facility was needed and then the next billing statement was received i was charged for vas charges for rs30. So i spoke with one of your costumer relation rep and i was told that some download was made from my phone . So i informed the rep that i did not make any
downloads. So i request u to clarify the issue and reply .
