[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — Misinformation by the cust care

i am very upset about the services provided by the customer care and the store .... i can rate them as pathetic ......... i have had alot many problems and i thought of reporting it now because i have had alot of it .............let me give you some examples i have got a number [protected] i get a message on the number stating that the rental for the services has been deducted when i call up the care team i get a reply stating that we dont know what is it for ........... so i guess my balance is getting waste for no reasons and moreover i dont even know where ............ i've got one more number [protected] the phone was lost and i wanted a duplicate sim card and i called the cx as the person under whose name the sim card is was not in town ..... asking cx thrice i get the same answer that you have to take the FIR pan card xerox and the address proof ....... and than i ask the details for the store i was given the address which is already shut and there is a notice which says that the shop has been shut a month ago ... than when i go to a store in crawford market a guy name Imran who is a supervisor was not at all professional ....... i asked him i need the SIM card and the person is not in town and as informed to me by the Cust care i got the documents ........ he started arguing and told me to move out as i am not the account holder and would not like to speak to me at all ........... is this what is expected from a supervisor at the store????????? than i have an issue i have the number [protected] it was not under any ones name till the previous month and my services were stopped for a months time and was asked to submit the documents after a year of purchasing the sim card ......... i might have submitted the documents nearly 10 15 times at different LOOP Stores but i dont know how suddenly now it is showing under my name when i have not submitted my documents ............ and not the last but last which i am very unhappy with ..... LOOP has launched with a new SMART 320 plan .......... i called up the cust care twice i was told that the voice mail service when somebody leaves me a voice mail and if i want to listen to it i will not be charged for it ......... and this was told to me twice and was also told that that validity of this voucher is 30 days so after 30 days i'll be charged for voice mails 50p a day and if i want to listen to it ill be charged @50p per min.............. than when i called the voice mails i was charged for it and i got to know when the call got disconnected as there was insufficient balance in my account and than when i call up the cust care as soon as i told my query the call is disconnected by the advisor ........ than when i call us the cust care again i get a new story that the calling charges are 60p per 30secs ...... now when i called up the voice mail number i spoke for 4mins and i was charged 2rs for it so waht are the actual charges ??????? and even on the website it says

than and why am i getting charged at 50p per min when i call up voice mail......... there is nothing as such mentioned about the charges on the Internet for it so why should i be charge for it ....... the charges for every other thing is mentioned on the
and when i speak to supervisor in the Cust Care i was told that the charges are 50p per min .......... now tell me whom should i trust and what should i believe .......... is it only me who is getting misinformed every time and if not than why have i got so many instances of me getting misinformed so many times??????????? and i dont understand why i have to suffer always for the mistakes done by the cust care ......... i got the plan activated as i was told that the voice mails are suppose to be free .... now because of the mistake by cust care i'll have to bear the charges for it and i am not get any compensated for it nor are the charges for those calls are going to get reversed .......... i would just like to know that are you going to do about it ...... and is always that i will have to suffer for it ........ am i going to get something in return for it ????????? i would appreciate if i get a reply and the action taken against this ....and please get things cleared what are the actual charges and why was i miss informed????????
