My name is Ayush Rungta and my number is [protected]. I have been Loop mobile's customer for the past two years. Last week I generated my UPC code for porting my number.
I have contacted Loop on various occasions in the past two years and my name is always told to me correctly.
Today when I visited the Loop gallery I came to know that my name and address has been changed in the database suddenly and without my knowledge.
Now my porting request will be rejected because of this.
Kindly sort this issue and restore my actual details for which I have submitted my documents otherwise I have to go the Police and Consumer forum both for mismanaging my information and consumer harrasment. Was this information helpful? |
