I NITU TRIPATHI OWNER OF A LOOP MOBILE SIM CARD VALIDITY HAS BEEN FACING PROBLEMS SINCE 8TH DECEMBER.
I HAV NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR CRBT CALLER TUNE SERVICES EVEN THEN IT WAS ACTIVATED AND MY BALANCE BEEN DEDUCTED SINCE 8TH DEC.IVE CALLED UR CUSTOMER CARE ON 14TH DEC AND SPOKE TO MS.LUBNA WHO TOLD ME IT WAS DEACTIVATED.AGAIN ON 15TH DEC I SAW MY BALANCE LESS BY A RUPEE.I AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE TO CERTAIN MR.SANJAY PILLAI WHO TOLD ME IT WAS STILL ACTIVATED.INSPITE OF MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO MAKE HIM REALISE HE FAILED TO RESOLVE.HE DIDNT EVEN TRANSFER MY CALLS TO SENIORS AND ASKED ME TO SEND MESSAGE UNSUB TO 55666 AND TOLD ME IT WILL BE DEACTIVATED.NO ASSURANCE OF REIMBURSEMENT WAS DONE.I RECEIVED NO CALLS FROM ANY TEAM LEADER INSPITE OF THE ABOVE EXECUTIVE TELLING ME SO.NOW ON 17TH AFTER TWO DAYS OF SENDING UNSUB MESSAGE I STILL SAW MY BALANCE DEDUCTED ON DAILY BASIS AND AGAIN CALLED CUST CARE.I SPOKE TO CERTAINMR.MAHIPAD PARMAR IN HINDI DEPT.THAT GUY WAS RUDE AND INSULTED ME.HE CUD NETIHER UNDERSTAND NOR TRANSFER MY CALL TO TEAM LEADER SAYING THAT TL's WERE ONLY TO ADDRESS TEAM NOT CUSTOMERS.HE MISBEHAVED AND SAID HE CUDNT EVEN SEE THE MESSAGE I SENT ON 15TH.AFTER MUCH PERSUASION HE DID TRANSFER TO UR SENIOR EXEC MR.PRAFUL MAHESHKAR IN ESCALATORY DEPT WHO ASSURED MY SERVICE WILL BE DEACTIVATED IMMEDIATELY AND I WONT B CHARGED ANY AMOUNT FOR 18TH DEC.TODAY I AGAIN SEE THAT ITS DEDUCTED.IT MEANS EVEN HE WAS LYING ABOUT THIS. I WANT REIMBURSEMENT OF MY BALANCE SINCE 8TH DEC AND ALSO 3RS CHARGES FOR MESSAGE I WANS MADE TO SEND . Was this information helpful? |
