Making payment even though service is barred/not activated and charging on free calls.
I, Nilesh Madhukar Jadhav Loop Mobile Custumer my mobile No is 9821305560.My service was barred because of crossing the credit limit. My service was barred on 12/11/2010 and thenafter on 13/11/2010 i made payment of Rs.450/- at around 11.30 a.m in Dadar Loop shop there the executive of Loop Mobile said that your service will be activated within 2 hours for this i am waiting since 5 p.m even though my service is not activated hence i call to custumer care they told me further made payment of Rs.350/- so that your service will be activate. As per the direction/ instructions i had made payment of Rs. 350/- in Fort Gallery near CST Station where Mr. Imran said that your service will be activate wihin half hour still my service is not activate.
so, i pray through this complaint direction may be given to activate the service as early as possible . Not only that as per the advertisment of Loop Mobile that 1800 Miniutes free to Loop to Loop. But, in actual they charg on free calls also because my credit limit is 1000/- and they charge 50 paisa over the free calls also .sothat if i decide to enjoy the free calls my bill will be 900/- it means i have only 100/- Rs to enjoy. so how could i enjoy/ used the free calls.Free Means without any charge. for this i compaint in the gallary and i talk to executive about the same problem but they said that your free calls amount will be deduct or reduced when your bill is generated and thats why my line was barred again and again. Hence i made payment 3,4 times in a month. After generating the bill my excees bill amount used by the company and said that, that is the policy of company.
so, according to me Loop Mobile Cheated the public under the introducing the scheme of 1800 Miniutes free Loop to Loop mobile.
so, i pray through this complaint to take promp action against the company otherwise great prejudice will cause to the public.
