When I approached "Ranie Enterprises in Nanganallur" located at the below address for a new LPG gas connection a few months back I was informed by them that without stove they will not provide connection. I spoke to the complaints officer, even after mentioning that there is no reason for them to force me to buy the stove when I am not in need of it.
Their employee was so rude and he even said that, I can speak to any level and there will not be any change in their stand of providing the connection only with stove.

LPG STOVE — NON CHANGES OF LPG STOVE
SIR,we are the bonafied customer in your company in last 25 years. we are suffering a problem regarding lpg stove. we repeatedly inform to our chandannagar gas station., but they are not responding. we are facing life lisk problem. our consumer no is-4797, in feavour of maya adhikary.please look into this matter.
