Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am a LPG consumer of your company for a long period with Raghu Gas Service, 28-29, Kamla Nehru Maket, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon having Code No.[protected].
Previously I had two LPG connections with two cylinders each, out of which, one connection, the aforesaid agency an year ago compelled all the consumers to surrender due to scarcity of LPG. Despite mass surrender of LPG, the gas agency is taking more than 30 days to supply one gas cylinder.
This will not be out of place to mention here that people known to the staff and owner of the gas agency are still possessing more than 01 gas connection and also the proprietor and the staff are indulged in black marketing of gas connections as well as supply of gas cylinders.
Whereas this is my personal experience that other gas agencies in the Gurgaon do not take more than 03 (three) to 05 (five) days for supply of gas cylinder to its consumers.
When consumers of Raghu Gas Agency try to redress their grievances with the staff or the proprietor, they behave very rudely even with ladies.
When we ask the reason for the such inordinate delay in supply of gas cylinders, they very curtly say that they have very big consumer base.
In view of the above, it is, therefore, requested that if the agency is unable to handle the number of consumers, the company should take corrective measures to reduce the burden of the gas agency in question and if the gas agency is involved in black marketing then punitive measures are to be taken by the company.
Hope I have made myself very clear and anticipate a quick response from your end.
AND IF NO ACTION IS INITIATED FROM YOUR END THEN I WOULD BE COMPELLED TO WRITE TO MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM INCLUDING RELEVANT HIGH-UPS.

this is m.saravanan from sivakasi, 1/537, n.g.o colony, satchiyapuram, virudhu nagar Dist.sir my indane connection number is 18468.its in the name of S.Nagalakshmi i got this connection from Rajapriya gas suppliers they are the authorized gas suppliers of indane gas.locating in sivakasi reserve line.
sir I have been waited to get the additional cylinder connection for more then three years after registration of needed additional cylinders.i am waiting to get it i am living in the same address more then ten years .i am keep on waiting for more then three years to getting a additional cylinder as per your seniority but till now i did not get any of your intimation i have been selected as a additional cylinder qualifier.i went rajapriya indane gas suppliers i asked them about my status of additional cylinder they said they have been sent an intimation to me.but till now i did not get any intimation letter from them.they always doing mistake they never ever sending the intimation any one else as per the seniority they selling that to some other peoples which whom are highly paying them.so how can as ordinary Indian humans can survey in this world.so let me know the exactly what is going on your organization.poor peoples always poor.rich peoples always rich .i don't understand your rules.i am begging for your comments.i have been registered for my indane gas on 22.07.09 they said with in a week i will get the gas cylinder.in that time i have got additional cylinder in the name of seniority i did know that when i asked them then only they said we have sent an post card for your additional cylinder.they are lying like that just 100 meters from my home to them office they are saying irresponsibly.i don't understand you are doing govt service are dictatorship i wants to know the reason.i have been register for my cylinder to getting a refill on 22.07.09 .as per they talks they said i can get the full cylinder with in one week.in between that time i got an additional cylinder connection .i have paid some of 1625 for that then they forced me to buy some unknown branded soap of some ten pieces.i told them i don't need these soaps.they said as per the indane gas connection you have to buy this .i said ok and i bought that.why you are forcing me to buy this kind o[censored]nwanted materials are you a Govt servant or pvt servant.why you are doing this i wants to know the reason.i need justice .why did you cancel my refilling gas connection and why you are selling the soap ., i want justice.i spoke to one sr.sales manager. i did not ask his name but he said he is the sr. sale manager for this region.he took the phone and this is his number.[protected].he said irregular response i was wonder even our prime minister have to answer my question for every Indians but your not responding the peoples.i need your reply through email or phone.my number[protected].
