I had lost my original PAN and I have applied for the new PAN card. But I have received a letter saying there is difference in my father's name in the new application.
I would like to clarify that my father's name is Mr Ramanbhai Madhavlal
Kindly carry out the procedure to make my new PAN and courrier it to the postal address provided.

L&T Infotech — Reapplication of PAN card
I have applied for new PAN card as I had lost the original one. But i have not received it. I have received a letter saying there is a problem in your application and you have to reply to it within 30 days. But there is no email id or postal address where I can reply to.
