REG: COMPLAIN AGAINST DRAINAGE SYSTEM OUTSIDE THE ROAD SIDE OF HOUSE NO M – 684 AASHIANA COLONY LUCKNOW
I, the owner of House No M – 684 Aashiana Colony Lucknow, would like to draw your kind attention to the inadequacy of the water drainage system outside the roadside of my house since last several months.
This all happened, when few months back, the employees of Jal Department (LDA) came for doing the task of digging the road in front of my house No M 684, Aashiana Colony Lucknow for putting the underground water pipe line connecting to the adjoining area of Law College situated at Aashiana Colony Lucknow. While doing the said task the employees of Jal Department has broken the water pipe i.e G.I Pipe 2 connected to my house while using their appliance known as road digging motor.
As you might have also observed that because of a heavy downpour, low-lying areas outside my house is flooded with water, which the drains are not capable of carrying away. This extra water flows down the gutters and accumulate on the roads. This clearly shows that the rainwater sewers are quite incapable of carrying out full volume of water.
The result is that the dirty water falls into the drinking water reservoirs. It is a menace to public health. The municipal authorities are humbly requested to take immediate steps to rectify defective system in the larger interest of the public residential area of the capital.
I hope and believe that my request would not be negligently treated and urgent measures will be taken to eliminate the cause of grievance.
Should you require any further information / clarification from myself or from my neighbours, then please do inform me to comply them to your satisfaction at the earliest.

Sir,
It is my painful duty to inform you that, kindly take reference of my above subject letter dated: 14.07.2011, 15.08.2011. I am a resident of Sector M-814, Aashiana Colony from last 14 years. This is to inform you that the road condition of Aashiana Colony Sector M road is so bad conditions “There has been no development of this road since 16 years.” The road is full of potholes, stones and mud. It is very difficult to even walk on that road. Things become worst in rainy season, whenever it rains there is water logging on the road. Due to the bad road conditions, the auto rickshaw drivers are also not ready to come there. The auto rickshaw drivers complaints that, the road is very bad & we will not drop you there. "It rained for just an hour, but the roads are flooded. We can't step out of our house because the entire road is waterlogged, ''
Moreover, during the Monsoon season, roads convert into swimming pools. There is a lot of water logging, however, no one seems to pay any heed to the situation. Through this medium, I would like to file a complaint against the competent authorities, who are not showing any interest in this area and the situation is getting bad to worst.
I, am a citizen of India, request you on behalf of all the residents of Sector M-814 Aashiana Colony Lucknow to please take some actions to repair the road. We are facing very much difficulty due to this bad road condition.
Hope you will take some actions soon to repair the road.
