Sir,On customer care of the company lodged my complaint for non working of my new UPS luminius solo 600 on 14 Sep 11. The customer care give a number and contact person name and his mobile number. After contacted the represanative of the company besideds that the person not yet comes . Luminous UPS — Service Centre Misguiding
Dear Sir,We have some technical problem in our Luminious UPS few days before and when we go to the service centre of Sringar region (Jammu & Kashmir) they said the switch is damaged and need to replace and when we agree to replace they charges 350/- and when we ask them to give reciept of the same they refuses to give the reciept.
Now again UPS is not working only after hardly one week of repairing and we again go to the same service centre and unfortunately this is the only service centre in kashmir valley for Luminious UPS and today is the 5th day when we have handed the UPS for reparing but till date they are not responding, when we ask them what is problem and when it will repair there answer is service engineer is not availiable and says wait for 2 months. Its requested to your goodself please look in to the matter and do needful as i am now irritated
