Subject: Removal of encroachment of entire pavement 15 feet (width) by 40 feet by Amarnath r/o 10/12 and 10/12 Pant Nagar
Sir,
I am to inform you that the resident of aforementioned quarter have encroached the entire pavements in front, backside and on the side. (Photo enclosed)
1. It has been converted into a hall. Being used commercially by the name of Sai Photostat, and also using it as a property dealer office, with active collusion of local MCD staff near the Pant Nagar Nallah. Copy of photograph enclosed.
2. This double storey quarter had a floor area of 25 sq yards on allotment, but now by encroachment in front, back and side is now having a floor area of 100 sq yards, on each floor.
3. Moreover, this was a double storey quarter which is now a four storey structure, which has been conveniently rented out.
4. All the residents of above quarter at Pant Nagar, park their cars at Birbal Road. Put up shamianas without permission with music and drinks for the entire night.
You are therefore requested to remove the said encroachment.
