[Resolved] Madhur Courier Services — Not delivered the courier | |
As they say locket no : 28680717 dated 05/05/2009, i have sent the courier on 05/05/2009 from Khamgaon to Mumbai, and today is 15/05/2009 still i have not received the courier. The courier contains important passport size Photos which i need to submit to Ejamaat Office for wedding purpose. I am calling the Madhur courier head office (mumbai) ph no :[protected], and talked to Mr Surendra and Mr. Kishore but they are not ready to listen only, i have called atleast 15 times. the person in the Madhur courier office khamgaon saying, my job is just to sent the courier, and we dont provide any acknolodgment. please help. Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that I have couriered my document from Indore Doc No. 50072050 to Mumbai on 6th Nov' 09 vide Madhur Courier, As I cross checked with my Mumbai Office it is still to be delivered, at the time of booking it was told me that it would be delivered by 2 days
May i know the date please when it will be delivered, i am not satisfy ur service, how u will manage customer, i[censored] r giving this type service,

Most irresponsible staff.
Worst courier service i've come across till date.
The people at Mumbai head office are not ready to pick up the phone. I have even lost the count of the phone calls i've tried to make.
I has also been provided with another no. [protected], supposedly of some Surendra Jain, but that guy also is not courteous enough to attend the calls. He has been disconnecting my calls since the very beginning.
I was to receive a courier from Jodhpur supposed on the 16th of nov'09 (it was dispatched from the destination on 14th Nov)...but havent even heard of it till date. People @ Jodhpur office say that it has already been delivered and has been collected by 'ME'.

My sincere advice to all :: Please prefer going on foot and delivering ur courier yourself, over trusting this bunch good for nothing nincompoops.

This is to inform you that I have couriered my document to AMW - Pune on 17th May' 09 vide Madhur Courier docket no[protected], As I cross checked with my Pune office it is still to be delivered, at the time of booking it was told me that it would be delivered by 20th May' 09.
