[Resolved]  Madhya Pradesh Government — Marriage Certificate Issue

Address:Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh

Myself Manish Kumawat s/o Sh. Ramnarayan Kumawat Residing at Dalot, District- Pratapgarh (Rajasthan). My mobile No. is [protected]. I got married with Shyama Kumawat D/o Sh. Atmaram Kumawat of Pingrala, Disrict-Ratlam (M.P.) on date 30/01/2005 at Pingrala. I want a marriage Certificate from the Pingrala village Secretary as per the INDIAN GOVERNOMENT RULE i.e. THE MARRIAGE REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY.
But the main issue is that the secretary is refusing me to give marriage registration certificate. He just told me that I can’t give you the certificate because you got married before September 2009. Whereas I am agree to submit all necessary document & formalities which is required for the registration.
I gone to the collectrate office Ratlam on 23/04/2010 also but unfortunately the sir got transferred to the Bhopal at that time. But the there stenographer Mr. Nandwani Sir met me he said that the certificate will issue from Piploda so gone there but they also refuse to produce.
The main Concern is that nobody knows the rule for it because there is Mr. T.Y.Pargi The district planning officer also said to meet with collectrate office but there is nobody know the rule, they again give me a lollipop.
So I request this is my big problem because I require this certificate in a government job & it is much necessary to me so plz something for me

If you married in bhopal, you can do your marriage registration from Hamidia office of Municipality in same building as Raju tea stall, second floor.

Also, you can go for online marriage registration (link below), however I was told the time taken for marriage registration online will be more than 15 days. As I could not wait that long I did it in person.
