Dear sir/ madam,
I want to know abut my pf withdrawal status becuse i am not getting the status from Mafoi chennai office.I had submitted all my documents to patna office on 8/10/2009 i am awaiting for my PF payment my employee details are as below:-

I am really afraid to read all diffrent2 comments regarding PF withdrawal amt through Mafoi.somebody has been trying to withdraw his PF amt since last three years someone has his submitted PF withdrawal form three times my god it is really surprising me somebody is ready to take legal action on mafoi.what is to happen with my pf amt what i ve to do will i ve to also wait three years or six months or ve to submit form three or four times a agent gives time to withdraw PF amount within one month and Mafoi gives three months even then not getting their PF amt in their account.
Plz do the needful as soon as possible becuse i ve taken loan on intrest and ve to pay becuse intres is being incrased month on month.

I am so much afraid that i will got refund or not, because when first time in December '2008 when i submitted all documents for PF refund, Ms.Neha told me to wait for six months, when after six months in July '09, i make query to her, she told me to talk to Ms. Amandeep, Gurgaon. Ms. Amandeep replied that documents have lost in courier sent by Ms.Neha & I have to submit the same again. In August '2009 i submitted all documents again, but till date (after 8 months) only waiting & process is going on.
Kindly do the needful.

MA-FOI CONSULTANTS — PF REFUND
Dear Sir,My name is puneet ashokkumar goel. i was working for IL&FS investsmart ltd from may 2006- till jan 2007. under the pay-roll of mafoi consultants. I had submitted my pf refund form to then in APRIL 2007. but in APRIL 2007 they informed me that they have not received my form. later i went to their office and resubmitted my new form in JAN 2008. that time they assured me that i will received by refund by APRIL 2008. but they are still clueless about the status of my form. i have being following up again and again but they have become so shameless that they dont want to refund the deputee money nor want to help them in any way. they are just concern till the time they are getting their own consultant fee for not doing anything.
