During the joining HR has initimated me the joining formalities clearly. There was no ambiguty in the salary structure.
They have me a confidence that I will become a permanent after 4 months. During the last four months my quireies were responded promptly. I have been receiving my salary on date.
Now I got a offer to become a permanent employee.
