[Resolved] Mahagun India — Please don't book any flat they are big cheaters

Back, few month back i gave 1 lakh to Mahagun to book my flat in mahagun mascot- SHIG, and they people did booking with a token amount of Rs 100000/-, also i told them about my financials and they said if loan will be not done they will return my entire money.

Till today it' almost 2 months but there is no refund, it's a matter of 1 lakh only but trust me don't give them ever any money on booking proceed with 2000 or 3000 Rs, not more than this, they are very big fraud even they are not bothered to call or attend call.

Don't buy, please let's tell them that what a mango man can do (aam aadmi),

Sir reaction seems to be made in haste. In real estate giving back money always takes time, irrespective of any developer. Sir, by your posting it seems that people should stop buying because I have read about complaints where other developers have done the same in similar matt

Don't trust them ever. They are a big time lair and cheater as they aren't customer oriented but stingy and money centric people. Beware and avoid them. There are very good developers who will refund your amount without questions and more over suggest you what to do and how to do.

Hi Sambhav, I am sure you have received your money. Do you have receipt for the same and i am sure it is the broker who do this and builder gets responsible for the same. Totally not fair.
