[Resolved] Mahanagar Gas Ltd. — Non Connection of Gas | |||
My mother a Sr.Citizen, Aged 93 yrs.has a Mahanagar Gas connection. Mahanagar Gas has installed the Meter etc but have not connected the gas supply. She has written letters which were hand delivered to their Bandra Kurla Complex office, she has sent emails to their Customer Service for the past THREE MONTHS and all they do is to send a standard reply as follows: Reproduced below is one of their many standard email replies form their customer Care . I have had a similar problem for a new gas connection in the name of my mother who is 82 years old.
This is a company who are in public service and their way of operation is worse than govt. agencies. This is example of an ideal private company who think they are not answerable to anyone. Public has to take them to task.

Jupiter building Poonam sagar already have gas connection, I had applied for the gas connection for 003 B wings in the month of April; my application form no is SG/035805/1213. My cheque got cleared on 1-6-2012. I went several times, but they don’t give me the genuine reason for the delay.
