[Resolved]  Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. — Fraud made by the company about the policy

It is through your esteemed columns I wish to report the pathetic customer service on offer & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “Club Mahindra Holidays” of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHIL).

I want to bring t your attention about the false promises made by the representative of club mahindra.

1. Every thing started by a phone call made from the company asking us to come to there office to take there gift as there name has been shortlisted in a lucky draw. Without knowing the actual story behind we went to there office situated at Sahara Ganj ,Mall Lucknow. The company representative named Mr.Brijesh Goel asked us to listen some plan sort of a thing . As he followed showing the plan our interest started developing in it and we thought for a while and then agreed to it.

2. But while signing the application form on 26.09.2010 the same company representative made false promises and wrote all promises on the application form. When i received the membership allotment letter the content in it was completely different. It was totally different which was promised by the company representative. I got completely frustated . Now then about this fraud i told Mr. Anshuman the manager of the office . He promised me that my money will be refunded within 15 days After that I have not received a single penny. Each time i ask and each time they just day that just 15 days.

3. I have all the proofs of fraud done with me . So please refund my money within a set of time or else i will be forced to complain in consumer court against club mahindra.
