I have received a mail from MSN/Yahoo Lottery Incorporation containing "I have owned a prize money of GBP 7, 50, 000 and I was asked for my details. After sending my details they replied that to contact "International Cargo Courier Services" for further proceeding how to collect the prize money. Then I contact over phone and they are telling to send money as delivery charges, insurance, VAT etc. then they will release the prize.
I don't understand is it genuine or not. Please advice me.
