Hi,
I have booked ticket from Mumbai to Melbourne on 9 November 2009 through Make My Trip,and while booking one of the employee swiped my credit card twice,and he promised me that I will get the refund for the amount in 10-12 working days,its more than a month now since I have done the booking,and I have not yet got my refund of Rs. 21970(ticket amount) and my cashback amount of Rs.1000.
I am following up with them since then,but they are just telling me it will be done,but nothing is done yet.

Make My Trip — Credit card swiped twice
I had booked a international ticket vide MakeMyTrip Booking ID FLTINT[protected] on 27/04/10. My card had been swiped twice. On inquiring with make my trip my complaint was registered with complaint no. IN1004R0073084 wherein one Mr. Gaurav confirmed that the card was wrongly swiped twice and promised that the entry will be reversed within 72 hours. After one week also the same has not been reversed.Calling make my trip is not helping
