THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I WAS PROMISED FOR FIRST CLASS AC FARE FOR FOUR PASSENGERS TO ANY DESTINATION IN INDIA BY THE MAKE MY TRIP AGENCY. I PAID AN AMOUNT OF Rs 5999/- FOR THE MMT HOLIDAY SAVER PROGRAM THAT I RECEIVED ON 31st OCTOBER 2009.OVER THE TELEPHONE I CLARIFIED FROM THEM IF IAM SUPPOSED TO PAY ANY MONEY APART FROM THIS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING .THEY TOLD ME ,NO.THIS IS THE ONLY AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY.BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE VOUCHER AND I WENT THROUGH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH WERE NOT TOLD TO US OVER THE TELEPHONE I REALISED THAT THERE IS LOT OF DISPARITY IN WHAT THEY TOLD AND WHAT ARE WRITTEN IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SPEAK TO THEM SINCE THEN BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ASKED ME TO WRITE TO AN EMAIL AS THEY THEMSELVES WERE NOT AWARE OF ANY THING. BUT INSPITE OF REGULAR REMINDERS AND WARNINGS THEY ARE NOT REPLYING MY EMAIL.THEN THEY ALSO SAY THAT THE PERIOD BETWEEN 20 DEC AND 25 JAN THIS OFFER CANNOT BE AVAILED ,THEN WHY ARE THEY INCLUDING THIS PERIOD IN THE PROGRAM.THESE WERE THE HASSLES IAM FACING.THIS HAS DISTURBED MY LIFE TOTALLY.IN MY BUSY SCHEDULE I HAVE TO DO THIS EXTRA WORK OF TRYING THEIR NUMBER AND THEN WRITING EMAIL TO THEM AND THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY MY MAIL EVEN ONCE.ONLY AUTOMATIC MAILS ARE COMING WHICH ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY SOLUTION.
MY REQUEST IS THAT THEY SHOULD REFUND MY WHOLE AMOUNT WHICH THEY TOOK FROM ME AND KEEP THEIR PACKAGE WITH THEM .IAM NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR PROGRAMS ANYMORE BECAUSE IT IS BASED ON FALSE PROMISES. Was this information helpful? |
