Make My Trip — refund fraud | |||
Hi I had booked a round trip ticket from Srinagar chandigarh and vice versa... the total ammount was. 5245... i had to cancel the tickets afyer a few days as the plan did not freeze... when i cancelled the tickets i was confir,ed that the ammount og rs 2745 will be refunded but they ammount that tjey refunded was only 1745 . I called them a number of times they accepted that it was a mistake on their part and will be rectified within 24 hrs but till date it has not been done and they are not giving a proper response if i call them again.
