PATHETIC CANCELLATION POLICIES OF MAKE MY TRIP
This complain is regarding hotel booking done through MAKE MY TRIP.com. I booked 3 rooms with 6 adults and 3 children in hotel CJ international, AMRITSAR. The check in was suppose to be done 8th of September,2013 ? 12 PM and the check out on 9th of September, 2013 12PM . On the 6th of September i called the customer care department for the cancellation in the morning. The customer care department said they cannot refund the amount. The total amount was of Rs.5292.

my name is Paresh Chauhan from Ahmadabad.
i book a My International Flight Ticket with online MakeMyTrip.com Booking id NN[protected] and Flight is Air Seychelles Schedule on 03 Feb 2015 to 01 March 2015 Return ticket from Dar Es Salaam to Mumbai and Mumbai to Dar Es Salaam
i am successfully on board travel at Dar es Salaam to Mumbai on 03 Feb 2015 but i miss my flight on 01 march 2015 from Mumbai to Dar Es Salaam
and that day i was complaint on Make My Trip for rescheduling my Travel and that time they ignor me for the same and tell me wait for 72 hours but after many days there is no any action no any reply i again and again call to make my trip customer care but always they told me like that please wait for 72 hours and then after 20 days i visit the Make my trip office for the solution but also they told me we can't help you should call to customer care.
my all days delay everyday i faced the new problem and everyday i miss my work and job and my salary my reputation at job is very bad
and then i told to customer car you do it or just tell me yes or no again they refuse me and don't give any answer and then i decide to book another ticket and just go
this make my trip guys make me fool and cheat me and play with my time and emotion and wasted my time, money, everything
after all things they told me this ticket is non-refundable but we can refund to which is Service tax and other tax so it will be approximately 8000 to 10000 give us time to talk with airline
again and again i call customer care but don't get any result from Make My Trip
i am frustrated with this guys to getting my problem solve out
and now from the 20 april 2015 they told me like that

We would like to inform you that we have escalated this concern to our specialized team to validate the records and the response is awaited. We request you to kindly cooperate with us and we ensure to get back to you within 72 working hours to share the status with you.
today is 01 June 2015 but no any result they still told me like that and want another 72 hours in every mail
Now tell what can i do ???
