[Resolved] Make My Trip — Refund not received for Canceled tickets | |||
Hi, I have booked 5 tickets from Jammu to Delhi (booking id NF[protected] on 31st Aug'13, later on i have canceled 2 tickets out of 5 on 7th Sep'13. But when refund received at my account I have checked that only one ticket amount received after all their deduction (1000 airline charge + 250 make my trip charge). I have complained several times to customer service by mails as well on calls but every time received single reply "WE WILL REVERT YOU IN 2-3 WORKING DAYS" but that day never came. This is not about the money anymore, I am ready to put written complaint in Indian consumer court. I just want to teach a good lesson to them "what is customer service?"
