[Resolved]  Make My Trip — useless call center very poor service

I wanted to cancel my flight and tried calling make my trip call centre to cancel my tickets but after calling 5 times and holding the phone for 30 minutes each time the phone gets disconnected automatically and i couldnt get through the call centre operator. i finally had to give up, due to which i couldnt cancel the ticket on time and lost my entire money.
This is pathetic service, and company should be banned from providing services and if they cannot service the customers as required and promised in their marketing, websites and other advertisements.
I urge all customers to book directly with airlines rather than booking through useless company like make my trip with pathetic service. The company should use funds to provide customer service rather then advertisements.
