I had cancelled one Booking on 5th Oct 2009. The expected date of my refund coming back to the bank account used by me for transaction was 15th Oct. But it is already 10th Nov and no news of me getting the refund. There phone lines (I dont know what they are really for) are without fail always busy. Which in anyways probably show the number of complaints against them !!
The online tracker for this transaction shows the details of some other account of mine which was never used for this transaction.
i think the company thinks that there job is over once the call centre employee sends an email that the 'Refund is getting Processed' ; but has no responsibility of ensuring that the REFUND GOES BACK ON TIME AND IN THE CORRECT BANK ACCOUNT. Was this information helpful? |
