Dear concerned,
On 25.01.2010, between 04 pm to 7 PM, while was trying to book some tickets from your website through my State Bank Debit Card, there was a 'transaction error' and eventually, the tickets could not be booked.
However, when I checked my account balance, shockingly it showed a debit of an amount of Rs.9458/-, though there were no tickets booked.
Details are:

Bookinig was tried to be made on: 25.01.2010
Booking was tried to be made for the 04:15 PM flight of 01.02.2010 from Pune to Delhi for two persons.
the contact number given for the said booking was [protected] and the email id given was - mukesh.[protected]@gmail.com
Therefore, you are required to refund the same immediately under due intimation to the undersigned.
Secondly, on making further search I have found that this is not something new for your site and a number of persons find this difficulty, more than often.
I also got to know that though, the concerned airlines may not be having a Debit Card payment facility, yet your website tries to have such payment made from your internet own resources, without having any tie upwith them in this regard. For this you impliedly represent to the customers that you can provide a Debit Card payment facility even for such airlines which do not have one.
However, actually, due to there being no such arrangements between you and that airlines, customer end up losing there money and you either usurp their money, on account of there not coming to know such cheating by you or by bluntly refusing to the refund the same leading into a litigation.
You, in any case, do not refund the amount within a reasonable time and enjoy earning interest on such amounts for at least 7 days.
Accordingly, I think this is high time you should mend your ways otherwise, the undersigned shall be constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings against such malpractices of cheating, for the costs and consequences of which you shall be wholly and solely liable.
Lastly, I also believe that once you have charged an amount, which you ought not to have, it is your responsibility to refund the said amount by yourself, or contact the concerned customer informing him the same with your proposed action of rectification, immediately.

I peetamber joshi booked one flight to my wife Aruna joshi thru spice jet sg 234 from hyderabad to delhi depart at 1300 PM on 27.01.2010. my wife is 31 week pregnant, prior to book tiket i called to customer care and asked the procedure for pregnant lady they simply said she can travel up to 32nd week, this is very shocking when she reached at shamshabad airport at 12.10PM, the executive who were on the counter she asked for the fit certificate from our doctor, then she simply replied it was not inform earlier by customer care, till 32nd week you can travel, so executive said without certificate you cant travel, then she requet to doctor on over phone there itself for certificate on the 12.20 and also request to executive who were there MS. Shikha to please provide her fax no. or email ID she totaly denied to give that she said now the time is 12.30 and counter is closed and we dont have any fax here and she was very rude to her, i was outside then i went to spicejet counter and requesting for the same to ms. sunanda she also refuuse to give me fax no. then i went again and this time ms. Mirza given me the fax no as well as the emil id, and at 12.44 the email has been received, copy is also attached for your reference, when Ms. sunanda called inside in spicejet counter MS. SHIKHA WAS VERY RUDE AGAIN IN FRONT OF MY WIFE AND REPLY TO SUNANDA AND HER COLLEGUES TOO' SAID BOLA NA EK BAR MANA KAR DO NAHI HO SAKTA MTLAB NAHI HO SAKTA HAM KYA EN LOGO KE LIYE BETHE HAI, HAME AUR BHI BAHUT KAM HAI' and then she put the counter closed board there at 12.30 itself,
being a pregnant and alone she suffered for mental and physical trauma at that time, you must have to take care of her little more as compare to other customer but whatever you did over there its ridiculous and pure negligence, if something will be wrong i will not forgive to anyone, i dont know if it the way to treat a customer i must have to think for my next booking, and if i will not received any positive reply i may visit to consumer court and lodge the complaint against spicejet.
