MakeMyTrip — Ticket Cancellation refund amount not yet received | |
I have been contacted many times customer care of Makemytrip to get the refund amount of ticket canceled. But still I didn't get the amount and no one is responding. I have sent signed required documents for refund amount for Ticket cancellation on Feb 7th 2011 but still today - Feb 26th 2011 not received refund amount. Booking id: UN[protected] Please let me know when will refund amount will deposit into my account. Attached are required docs sent in Feb 7th 2011 as per customer care department. I have send only booking id no. for refund amount ..

Please inform which required document for refund & give the reply early as possible.
